Define user training requirements for computer system implementation

Aims

Atticus designed and built a training programme for 400 people across Britain as part of the introduction of a £multi-million computer system. An Atticus Enterprise Map was produced to identify the training requirements.

Aims

Atticus facilitated the design of an auto franchising operation to grow to over 50 franchisees. It was important to develop the appropriate levels of control on the business to remove the opportunity for fraud.
Identify job roles and design and develop clear job instructions.
